CONDITIONS:
To qualify for consideration, the applicant should meet the following criteria:
1. Applicant must be a Fiji Citizen and preferably residing in Fiji.
2. Preference will be given to bona fide farmers with a farm plan and resume of farm experience.
3. Applicant must be able to comply with the lease conditions.
4. Must show capability to cultivate and/or have experience in farm management.
5. All applicants who applied prior to this advertisement must re-apply.

INDUSTRIAL | COMMERCIAL LAND
1. Applicant should be a Fiji Citizen and preferably residing in Fiji.
2. Applicant should be able to comply with lease conditions.
3. a) Commercial Land: Applicants should produce evidence of ability to build a commercial building of required standard (Commercial Land) and have the necessary expertise for industrial/commerce. Financial capability by way of bank statement or similar document is necessary.
b) Industrial Land: Applicant should produce evidence of ability to conduct industrial activity or build an industrial building of the required standard and have the necessary expertise for industrial purpose. Financial capability by way of bank statement or similar document is necessary.
